Meet Kara Schmidt!

I grew up in a Christian household but did not make my faith my own until the end of my high school years. My relationship with the Lord grew immensely when I started college at Liberty University, and has continued to flourish since I graduated in 2024. 

I competed in track and soccer in middle school and high school, but had never heard of FCA until college. I was thrilled to learn more about FCA and become a part of a team that truly cares about the development of every members personal relationship with Christ, and reaching those who do not yet know Jesus.

Currently, I am living in Florida and serving virtually, but my heart has a special spot for Virginia and I look forward to seeing what next steps the Lord has is store for me.
